Can I return my item?

Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days. Please email us at: hello@glittering-eyes.com to authorize a return. All returns must be authorized by one of our customer service representatives before shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders above $70 are free of shipping costs

  • Registered post within Singapore; $7.50
  • Express courier within Singapore (1-2 days delivery); $15
  • Express courier to Sentosa/Jurong (1-2 days delivery); $25
  • Self- collection from Bukit Timah area: FREE

Do you have expedited shipping?

Yes! You may choose faster shipping options at check out. All those last minute surprise parties are saved!

How fast are orders processed?

We are so excited you’ve decided to order some magic. We process orders as quickly as possible. We aim to send your order to the given address within 2 working days, after we have received your payment. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including instructions on how to track your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted exclusively in Singapore dollars.

PAYPAL

PayPal is a system, which serves as an intermediar at online payments. You can link you bank account or creditcard to PayPal, or you can deposit cash in your PayPal account. If you decide to use PayPal as payment method, you will be directed to the PayPal login page. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the payment page. This screen includes a description of the ordered products and the transaction amount.

CREDIT CARD

An other option is to pay by creditcard. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you pay by creditcard, please select your relevant creditcard company and proceed to the payment.

An article I would like is out of stock. What do I do?

The quantities available on our site correspond with the quantities that we have in stock. If you would like further information about when the product will be back in stock, send us an email at hello@glittering-eyes.com

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once validated, you can change your order until it is paid for.

Are the items in my basket reserved automatically?

The items you put in your cart do not appear in our logistics until your order is paid for. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected until your order is placed.

The items I received were incorrect/ damaged/ some were missing. What should I do?

If your order is not as you expected (damaged, incorrect, items missing…) Please do not hesitate to send us an email at hello@glittering-eyes.com so we can offer you a solution; exchange, reimbursement or replacement. 

How do I fill my balloons with helium or air?

You can go to your local party store to inflate your balloons with helium or air. Or buy an helium tank at Spotlight. For smaller balloons use a balloon pomp to inflate with air.

How long will my balloon stay inflated?

Helium lasts up to 12 hours. Please note that helium is sensitive to temperature so avoid extreme heat. Our recommendation is to inflate the balloon very close to the start time of your event. Please be aware of sharp objects, your balloon will pop!
Air can last up to 2-3 days this also depends on the temperature and sharp objects. The clarity of the balloon can become foggy in change of temperature.
